Car parking at the Proact Stadium is by permit only and operation is controlled by a Traffic Management Plan approved by a Safety Advisory Group, comprising safety experts, the police and other emergency services and local authority representatives.
This plan seeks to minimise risk by separating vehicle movements and pedestrians.
For this reason, it has been stipulated that the car park will close half an hour before kick-off and will remain closed 30 minutes after the final whistle.
Please note that cars arriving later than 30 minutes before kick-off, and when pedestrians are evident, may be refused access to the site.
After matches, pedestrians, buses and coaches will be allowed to clear the site before cars may leave.
Public car parking:
During the actual league season if any car parks become available for use on matchdays by the public in the vicinity of the Proact Stadium these will be fully publicised when they become operational. If any other organisations wish to offer their premises for car parking please get in touch with the club so it can be publicised – ring 01246 209765.
The club asks that supporters travelling by car do so by parking in appropriate places and be respectful to the needs of the club’s neighbours.
